1. Team & Internal Culture

The team works smoothly not because everyone tries harder, but because it is clear who is responsible for what and how decisions are made. I establish areas of responsibility, daily communication, and the approval process.

2. Client service

Service is either built into the system or depends on a person. When it depends on a person, quality becomes unpredictable. Standards are built around the client journey and work under any workload and with any team composition.

3. Management & Processes

Decisions are made systematically, not case by case. Delegation is set up so that operational questions do not return to the owner.

I work directly with the owner or managing director. Meetings take place online: we make decisions and agree on the next steps. Between meetings I prepare working documents for each stage. All changes are implemented independently by the managing director. Changes that come from within work.

Format

A well-structured project does not require the owner everywhere and at all times. The managing director leads the team. The service remains stable.

I work directly with the owner or managing director. Meetings take place online: we discuss key questions and agree on decisions. Between meetings I prepare working documents for each stage. I participate in interviews to ensure the team matches the level of the brand. After opening, I support the project for two weeks to adapt processes to real operations.

Format

The project opens when everything inside is already prepared. From day one, the managing director runs the project according to established processes, while the owner participates only in key decisions.
